Your path to the «Verified» badge

The «Verified» badge is never sold and never handed out as a courtesy — it is earned through real checks, step by step. Here is the road from free registration to the badge, and possibly beyond.

  1. Register your profile — free

    ~5 minutes

    Find your profile in the directory and tap “Is this your profile?”, or fill in the registration form to create a new one. All we need to start: your name, your WhatsApp number, the clinic or facility name, and the city. Registration is always free and takes about five minutes.

  2. Initial review by our team

    1–3 working days

    Our team reviews your request and checks the details are complete; during this stage your profile shows as “verification pending”. Registration does not mean automatic approval: if anything is missing we tell you clearly what we need, and once everything is in order we reach out on WhatsApp to arrange the verification steps.

  3. Field verification

    1–3 weeks, depending on governorate

    We check three things: the professional license (practice certificate, syndicate registration, or facility license), your identity via a WhatsApp video call with a one-time code or an in-person visit, and the premises with actual working hours. Timing varies by governorate and accessibility — we would rather be honest than over-promise.

  4. The «Verified» badge on your profile

    Immediately after checks pass — renewed every 6 months

    Once every check passes, your profile carries the green «Verified» badge with a publicly shown last-verified date, and you gain the ability to update your own details. The badge is not for life: we re-verify every six months so it stays honest and current.

  5. «Featured» — by invitation only

    By invitation, time-limited

    The «Featured» badge cannot be bought, sold, or applied for: it is granted by invitation only, for a limited period, to verified profiles with genuine, excellent patient ratings. Nobody pays to top the search results — and the only door to it is care your patients truly praise.

What differs by facility type?

  • Pharmacies: we verify the responsible pharmacist's license (Ministry of Health / Pharmacists' Syndicate) plus a field photo of the storefront with visible signage, alongside the phone-ownership check.
  • Hospitals and labs: we require a copy of the MoH facility license or operating permit, a field visit or video walkthrough for hospitals, and a named admin contact on record.
  • Aesthetic-medicine centers (the strictest tier): an MoH medical-center license is the entry requirement itself — a commercial or municipality permit does not qualify — with a verified supervising physician who personally appears on the verification call at the premises. If that physician changes, the badge lapses immediately and returns only after re-verification.
  • Teaching clinics: we verify the license of the supervising institution and the credentials of the physicians supervising the clinic, with a named administrative contact on record.
